Pod 25: Vacationing With Children With Autism Featuring “The Autism Dad” Rob Gorski

Vacationing with children on the autism spectrum can be an overwhelming and unpredictable experience. Fortunately, several vacation destinations are now getting Certified Autism Accreditation to help make it possible for those families of autistic kids to enjoy their vacations too!

In this episode, I caught up with The Autism Dad himself, Rob Gorski, about our recent shared experiences at the DoubleTree Orlando and Sea World. We talk about both facilities’ Certified Autism Center accreditation in addition to talking about the challenges of vacationing with children with autism and how children who are prone to wandering add a layer of concern to being outside your family’s comfort zone.
