My Caregiver Coaching Program is a 4 Module 1:1 model. You can select any number of modules. Each comes with a free guide that summarizes all the content as we work through to personalize a family plan that’s right for your family. At the bottom, you can book a free consultation call to see which modules would best fit your family’s needs.

Module 1: Positive Behavior Strategies

Why traditional parenting doesn’t work with exceptional children, the four functions of behavior, why and how to use positive reinforcement, and four easy-to-implement positive behavior strategies.

Module 3: Make It Personal

We’ll brainstorm visuals such as visual schedules, positive reinforcement charts, tasks analysis visuals and more that can help your child thrive throughout their routines and tasks.

Module 2: Optimizing the Environment

How the environment impacts exceptional children. Safety across all environments. Creating effective routines, realistic expectations, and family member relationships.

Module 4: It Takes a Village

Using my book, “It Takes a Village: How to Build a Support System for Your Exceptional Needs Family,” we’ll dive into eight layers of a support system and how to strengthen each one.

Each module includes a 1–2-hour virtual coaching call plus a 15-min follow-up.

Why Me?

I have almost twenty years of teaching experience working with children from PreK ESE through high school of all exceptionalities. I also have four children, the youngest who has autism spectrum disorder.

Additionally, I am the author of Goldilocks and the Three Bears: Understanding Autism Spectrum Disorder and It Takes a Village: How to Build a Support System For Your Exceptional Needs Family.
