Bethanne Weiss, author of the book “Move Your Assets from the Chair, not the Bank.” holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Exercise Science from SUNY (State University of New York) New Paltz, is certified by the American Council on Exercise in group and personal fitness, and nutrition, and was one of the first to be certified by IDEA (International Dance Exercise Association) and Step Reebok.

Bethanne has over 30 years of experience motivating people of all fitness levels.  I am lucky enough to be one of them.  Bethanne is my neighbor, fitness go-to guru, friend and today I have brought her to the Big Abilities audience to share her take on the importance of self-care.
