Pod 09: Self Care for Parents of Children with Exceptional Needs with Bethanne Weiss

Bethanne has over 30 years of experience motivating people in all fitness levels. I’m one lucky customer to have her as my neighbor, guru and friend when it comes to staying fit. She’s here today at Big Abilities sharing how self-care is so important for everyone, especially for parents of children with exceptional needs.

Bethanne Weiss, author of the book Move Your Assets from the Chair, not the Bank, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Exercise Science from SUNY (State University of New York) New Paltz, is certified by the American Council on Exercise in group and personal fitness, and nutrition, and was one of the first to be certified by IDEA (International Dance Exercise Association) and Step Reebok.

We will be discussing self-care in the following areas.
