What is Client Concierge Service?
Client Concierge Services is a comprehensive case management service that involves an in-depth analysis of each family’s personalized needs, including resources to fill them.

- You have a recent diagnosis for your child and need support seeking out resources and education.
- You are looking for a personalized exceptional needs directory including immediate, short-term, and long-term planning.
- You would like personalized service in navigating exceptional needs topics such as funding, therapy referrals, and social services.
- You are interested in a needs assessment completed by a panel of experts.
What are the Steps in Client Concierge Services?
Step 1: Initial Intake
During the intake, the concierge will explain the service and complete a brief needs assessment to identify and prioritize the family’s immediate needs and provide those resources or referrals immediately or within a few days.
Step 2: Thorough Needs Assessment
The Thorough Needs Assessment is an in-depth consultation and analysis of the family’s needs over a multi-disciplinary range of topics spanning all ages.
Step 3: Personalized Exceptional Needs Directory
The concierge will then work with Collaborative Corner’s panel of industry professionals and compile a Personalized Exceptional Needs Directory for the family, which includes but is not limited to:
- physician referrals
- therapy referrals
- product recommendations
- special education resources
- parent training
- input on accommodations for home, school, and community
- online resources
- access and input from our panel of industry experts
The concierge will meet with the family for a final follow-up to review and explain the Personalized Exceptional Needs Directory’s information and recommendations.
The concierge will complete the above 4 steps one time for the family.
The concierge will complete the above 4 steps as well as schedule a monthly consultation with the family to update the Needs Asssessment. This is an excellent option as the needs of exceptional children and their families change over time.
Client Concierge Service and Special Education Advocacy Bundle
The Client Concierge Service can also be bundled with our Special Education Advocacy Services for a truly comprehensive approach to providing children with exceptional needs access to the what they need from home to school to community. The bundle can be accessed as a one-time service or as an ongoing monthly service.
